Browsing this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it has no sign-up or contact forms. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so no third party (such as Google) is contacted when you visit. Your display and accessibility choices are saved only in your own browser and never sent to us.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type for a short time to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not access or use this information.

When you contact us or place an order

If you write to us by email or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact details and message. If you buy or commission an artwork, we also collect your delivery address and phone number, and keep a record of the payment.

We use this information only to reply to you, to fulfil and deliver your order, to issue invoices and to meet legal and tax obligations. We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the courier delivering your order, with banks or payment apps used to pay us, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to erase it (unless we must keep it by law). You may withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Security

We keep your information in password-protected accounts and share it only as described above. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

Buying an artwork

Buying an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Website content

We try to keep all information accurate. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than on the actual artwork. Links to other websites (such as Instagram) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.

Orders & Commissions

Buying an available artwork

1. Write to us by email or Instagram with the name of the artwork you like.
2. We confirm availability, size, medium and the total price in Indian Rupees (₹) — inclusive of all applicable taxes, with delivery charges shown separately — in writing before you pay.
3. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer. Payment details are shared only in our written confirmation; please do not pay anyone else claiming to represent us.
4. You receive an invoice with every purchase.

Each artwork is original and one of a kind. Rangoli and kolam are temporary floor art and are shown for display; similar designs can be created on request.

Commissions

• Share your idea, size and preferred medium; we will send a written quote and an estimated timeline.
• A 50% advance confirms the commission, and the balance is due before dispatch.
• A progress photo is shared, with one round of minor changes included.
• If you cancel before work begins, the advance is refunded in full. Once work has begun, the advance is non-refundable, as it covers materials and time.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We ship across India by reputed courier. Artworks are carefully packed and usually dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment (commissions on completion). Tracking details are shared once dispatched. International shipping is available on request, and any customs duties are payable by the buyer.

Damaged or wrong item

Please record a short video while opening the parcel. If the artwork arrives damaged, or is not the piece you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or the video. We will arrange a free return and give you a full refund, including delivery charges — or repair the piece, if you prefer.

Returns

Ready artworks may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Commissioned artworks are made especially for you and cannot be returned, except when damaged or not as agreed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of our receiving the returned artwork.

• A Display button at the top of every page lets you choose light or dark mode, make text larger, reduce motion and animations, switch on higher contrast, use an easier-to-read font, or underline links. Your choices are remembered on your device.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, animations are switched off automatically.
• Everything can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “Skip to content” link; the artwork viewer works with arrow keys and Escape.
• Every artwork has a descriptive title that screen readers announce.
